Anglican grandeur

Christ Church Cathedral is very grand.

This window was unveiled by Prince Charles and Camilla during their 2009 visit.

If you look closely, you can see a carved robin at the top of one of the columns. When the building was under construction a robin built her nest there and they delayed work on the Cathedral until her eggs hatched.

A newer chapel upstairs:

The igloo window.

A verger's staff:

They have a copy of the Breeches Bible, so called because Adam and Eve sew breeches for themselves out of figge leaves.

Wow, wow, wow! So many treasures! The robin is my favorite, though.
